Amy Thompson is a passionate educator with 23 years of experience teaching children ages 6-14. She earned her AMI teaching diploma from the Montessori Institute of Milwaukee and a master’s degree in elementary education from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland. Amy brings a wealth of knowledge, having taught children in Metro Detroit, Boulder, Denver, and, most recently, San Mateo, California.

When not teaching, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, reading, exercising, vacationing by water, Southern cooking, and the performing arts.
