FCMS Open House for Enrolled and Prospective Families, January 12 and 26

On January 12 and 26 we will host an Open House and Parent Education session from 4:00 until 6:00. These Open Houses are entitled “Montessori 101” and will focus on basic aspects of the Montessori program including Sensitive Periods, Planes of Development, Human Tendencies, Observation, Teacher Training, Homework, Rewards, Practical Life and Sensorial Materials, as well as Executive Function in the Montessori classroom.

The sessions will be led by our Montessori Guides (teachers) in their classrooms. The 4:00 presentation will be repeated at 5:00 to allow parents to attend both the pre/K and the elementary level presentations.
